How to Initiate a Return with Abode Homewares
Decorating your home should be fun! Our goal is to help you shop for your home without any regret. If the item purchased isn’t a perfect fit, feel free to return it for a full product refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please email email@example.com to initiate a return.
Please note that certain items can’t be returned, including:
- Clearance items (unless damaged)
- Gift cards
- Items labelled “Non-refundable”
- Items purchased as part of a set (unless the entire set is returned).
After you contact us regarding a return, we will send you a RA# that needs to be applied to the outside of the box. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund will automatically go back on to the card you used to place your original order. If you’d like to make an exchange or purchase a different Abode item, you can use the credit!
